Lilith Slomka

Founder of STAYONTRACK | Yoga Teacher | Coach | Nutritionist

Physical activity shouldn't feel like a chore. It should give you energy, be fun, and be a part of your life in the long run.
That is exactly the idea behind why I founded STAY ON TRACK. As a personal trainer, nutritionist, and yoga instructor, I know that everyone is different. That’s why I don’t believe there is just one "right" way. Whether it’s strength training, mobility work, yoga, or functional training, the key is finding a form of movement that suits you and your lifestyle. What motivates me every single day? Seeing people surpass their own expectations. Watching small steps turn into solid routines and uncertainty give way to self-confidence—until movement is no longer just another item on a to-do list, but simply a natural, enjoyable part of life. With STAY ON TRACK, I aim to inspire, motivate, and guide people through varied workouts, expert knowledge, and a genuine love for movement. Because I am convinced that when you love moving, you stick with it for the long haul—without pressure, without the need for perfection, and without constantly feeling like you have to start all over again.

Dr. Gunda Slomka

Biologist | Sports Scientist | Coach | Science Meets Movement

I am convinced that movement is the most effective medicine—provided we understand how our bodies truly function. For many years, I have combined science with practical application. As a biologist, sports scientist, sports therapist, and international speaker, I help people better understand their bodies and navigate life in good health, at peak performance, and full of energy. I am passionate about exploring how targeted training, mobility work, and a healthy lifestyle can enable us to live not only longer but, above all, better. My work is grounded in the study of fascia, longevity, pain reduction, and modern exercise science. With STAY ON TRACK, I aim to make scientifically sound knowledge accessible to everyone—in a way that is easy to understand, practical for everyday life, and infused with the joy of movement. My motto is: Where Movement Meets Science.
